Creekridge Consulting was started in 1998 by Steve Steinheimer.  The purpose of the company was to provide leadership and mentoring to small and medium size businesses.  Steve has over 30 years of experience in owning, operating, and transitioning businesses.  Steve has started and operated several successful businesses, as well as a few that didn’t go as plan.  Learning from both success and failure is one of Steve’s golden rules of business… and in life!

Steve has sat on multiple Boards, and continues to support both for profit and not-for-profit businesses.  With over a thousand one-on-one meetings, and decades of advisory council meetings, Steve’s passion for helping entrepreneurs still continues to grow even today.
